CANCELLATION POLICY ( GENERAL APPOINTMENTS)
You must give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment at Beautique. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY (SPMU)
You must give 48 hours notice if you wish to move or cancel your semi-permeant make up appointment.
If you fail to give us 48 hours notice you will be required to pay an additional booking fee of £50 if you wish to rebook. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

SEMI-PERMEANT MAKE UP
Semi permanent make up procedures consist of two appointments. The second 4-6 weeks after the first.
Failure to re-book within this time scale will then result in a charge of £100 should you still require the second booking in order to complete your treatment, this is due to fading after one appointment. There maybe considerable work for your technician to redo your treatment and this will have to be charged for.

SEMI-PERMEANT TOP UP TREATMENTS
If you have visited us for your original semi permanent treatment, we honour a discount for any top up treatments taken within one year only. The price is £100 for a top up treatment, although for ombré brows the prices may vary depending on the amount of fade. This will be down to the technicians discretion.

BOOKING
A non refundable booking fee of £50 is payable for all semi Permeant make up procedures. The balance will then be required In full upon first visit.
If you are making a booking for 3 hours or more you will be required to pay 50% up front of the appointment cost.

GIFT VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed at the time of payment.
Gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Gift vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged for money and are not redeemable against retail products.
Gift vouchers donated to charity can not be exchanged for any other treatment, than the treatment noted on the voucher.
Gift vouchers will not be replaced by Beautique if lost.
Please note our cancellation policy still applies when using a voucher to book a treatment.

TIMING
Arriving to your appointment late may result in us having to reduce your treatment time with us or cancelling it.
A fee maybe applied.

PAYMENT
All payments must be made at the time of your visit in full via cash or card or a gift voucher if you have one.

PATCH TESTING
Some of our treatments require a patch test, you will be advised of this upon booking.

PRICING / SERVICE /OPEN HOURS/REFUND
All pricing can be amended at any given time with out prior notice.
I have the right to refuse services at any time with out reason.

We have a no refund policy.

No children are permitted to enter treatment rooms in the salon due to health and saftey Reasons.
